merged in 2013. Combined they have built countless homes for their respective communities. Volunteer labor, as well as an interest-free home loan, has assured maximum
affordability for low income families. Over 100 volunteers typically contribute their time to complete a home. The family that will live in the home also contributes from 250-500
hours of labor towards its completion.
Habitat for Humanity of Ionia County is a
team of enthusiastic volunteers, guided by Christian values, who are committed to assisting families in need to create a safe home to grow and educate their children. Habitat for Humanity
of Ionia County strives to help families find affordable housing and enrich neighborhoods and communities.
